Shipping

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Domestic (US) delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after that via USPS or UPS Ground.

Pre-orders ship when the next run is made, not in 1–2 days. Items bought on pre-order are marked as pre-orders on the product page, in your bag, and on your receipt. We'll email you a ship date, and you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. If a ship date slips, we'll email you before it does and you can choose to wait or take a full refund.

Every hat is a limited run. Stock shown on the site updates as hats sell. If two people buy the last one at the same moment, the second order ships with the next run as a pre-order — we'll email you, and you can take a full refund instead.

Standard shipping is free on every US order.

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it down.
